1. Scope and Purpose

Unlockin.me (the “Company”) provides a platform that enables users (the “User”) to access and download content via links shared by third-party uploaders (the “Uploader”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the User's access to and use of the Download Page and take precedence over any conflicting document.

2. Definitions

Content: Any material on the Download Page, excluding Files.
Data Protection Laws: Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection Bill and other applicable laws on data privacy.
Download Page: A unique webpage accessed via a URL shared by an Uploader for Users to download Files.
File: Digital content available for download through the Download Page.
Parties: Unlockin.me and the User.
Services: File-sharing services provided by Unlockin.me to the Uploader.
Uploader: A person who uploads Files for sharing via a Download Page.
User: A person accessing the Download Page to download a File.

3. Agreement to Terms

3.1 Binding Agreement: By accessing a Download Page, the User accepts these Terms. If the User disagrees, they should not use the platform.
3.2 Modifications: Unlockin.me may modify these Terms without prior notice. Users must agree to the modified Terms to continue using the Services.
3.3 Compliance with Law: If any term conflicts with legal regulations, the remaining provisions stay unaffected.
3.4 Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Download Page content, attempt to reverse-engineer the site, or use it for illegal purposes. Unlockin.me may restrict access if prohibited activities are detected.

4. Services and Access

4.1 Download Page Access: Users must be at least 18 to access a Download Page. After receiving a link, the User has a limited, revocable right to access it 24 hours post-payment or until download completion. Access requires compatible devices, which are the User’s responsibility.
4.2 Payment: Payments are handled by third-party processors. The Uploader sets the price, inclusive of taxes. Once paid, the User receives a single-use access link valid for 24 hours. All sales are final.
4.3 Reporting Unlawful Content: If a User finds illegal content, they may notify Unlockin.me at [support@unlockin.me] with necessary details for investigation and potential removal.
4.4 Blocking for Violations: Repeated violations may result in blocking access to Download Pages.

5. Accessibility and Updates

5.1 Availability: Download Pages are accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance or security updates. Unlockin.me is not liable for connection or equipment costs incurred by the User.
5.2 Updates: Updates may include feature enhancements or compliance improvements. Major changes affecting access rights allow Users to cancel within 30 days, except where alternative access is provided.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Unlockin.me Content: Unlockin.me retains ownership of all Content on its platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
6.2 Ownership of Files: Users are granted download rights for purchased Files only, with no further rights.

7. Liability

Unlockin.me’s liability is limited to direct damages related to paid services. The Company is not liable for: Indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational harm. Security breaches or data loss. Unauthorized use of Files by the User. Exceptions apply in cases of gross negligence or where laws require it.

8. Cookies

Unlockin.me uses cookies to enhance the user experience. Non-essential cookies require the User’s consent.

9. Personal Data

9.1 Data Collection: Unlockin.me may collect personal data, such as names, email addresses, and transactional data, to facilitate services.
9.2 Data Protection: Data is processed per applicable laws, with retention limited to the duration of the service or as required by tax compliance.
9.3 User Rights: Users may exercise their rights to data access, correction, or deletion by contacting contact@unlockin.me.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with any dispute subject to local jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of future rights.
11.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the full agreement between the Parties, superseding prior agreements.
11.3 Assignment: Unlockin.me may assign this agreement, provided it does not negatively impact User services.
11.4 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
11.5 No Third-Party Rights: These Terms do not confer rights on any third parties.
